There are hundreds of millions of people around the world that could benefit greatly from solar cooking and solar water pasteurization skills. Perhaps a few million people already do. The Solar Cookers International team of global volunteers — along with a small, dedicated staff — is working diligently to hasten the spread of vital solar cooking technologies.
